Perfectly ripened grapes are hand harvested during the chilly early hours of the day. The bunches are gently pressed. Bottled 6-7 months after harvest.
tasting notes
Straw yellow, delicate on the nose with nuances of fruit and flowers and very evident note of Golden Delicious apples.
food and wine pairings
Suitable for simple seafood dishes, raw seafood appetisers, shellfish prepared without elaborate sauces, and light first courses such as soup, risotto or pasta with delicately flavoured sauce. Very popular as an aperitif.
