winemaking

The grapes are hand harvested. Once in cellar, they are destemmed and cold macerated for around 18 hours. They are laid in a pneumatic press, then, after a first decanting the must is placed in temperature-controlled fermentation vats. The wine then remains on its lees for at least 6-7 months and is then bottled 8-9 months after harvesting.

tasting notes

Intense and bright pink rosé colour, slightly flourished rose, white fruits and spices nose. Complex but soft structure, very well balanced and fresh taste, typically sapid and silky.

food and wine pairings

Ideal for an aperitive and easy to match with different kinds of dishes such as cold cuts and fresh cheese, starters and raw fish as well as grilled vegetables and white meat.
