Sunday May 27th from 10AM, on the occasion of Cantine Aperte 2018 and Piatti Cantini Aperte 2018, Villa Russiz will propose its own course of San Daniele, Montasio cheese with a pear sauce and boiled ham combined with a horseradish sauce; our dish will be accompanied by a glass of Maisha, our white Friulano wine 100% biologic, with a straw-yellow colour, creamy, enchanting, with typical flavour of almond, wild herbs and with a slightly less acidic tone than the other wines.
