Collio in the field between sustainability and innovation

The Collio Consortium for the protection of wines organizes Tuesday, July 10th a day dedicated to sustainability at Villa Russiz. An event that is part of its program to promote a low environmental impact viticulture that is increasingly green and quality. From 4 pm to 7 pm, a series of interventions will animate the event to deepen the theme from different perspectives: from analysis of consumption trends of sustainable wines to Sqnpi certification, from the Equality - Sustainable Wine standard to concrete actions to be adopted in the vineyard. But not only: during the conferences, we will also talk about the Italian-Slovenian project 'Susgrape', which promotes the adoption of ICT in the management of the vineyard for a lower environmental impact, and that of 'Cantina 4.0' which aims to introduce the principles of Industry 4.0 in the wine sector.
