Refined evening dedicated to Collio at the Aromi restaurant of Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice

Everything is ready for the second round of the Wine Tasting review of the Aromi restaurant at the Hilton Molino Stucky. Six event dinners in which the best Italian wine cellars are proposed together with the dishes of the Executive Chef Ivan Catenacci, in a creative journey to discover the perfect match.

The Villa Russiz wines will be protagonists together with those of the La Viarte winery in the dinner dedicated to the Collio Goriziano, for the evening of May 4th 2018. Maisha will be matching with live station of cold cut. Carnaroli rice selection Acquerello with white asparagus cream of Bassano del Grappa and hop shoots of the venetian coast with crunchy fried crangon with Sauvignon Villa Russiz. Deconstructed veal cheek stew with vegetables in a Merlot reduction and spices essence with Merlot Villa Russiz.
